Inside Sales Representative
LOCATION: Naples, FL

TYPE OF POSITION: Full Time
The INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE will be responsible for broad support of cross-vertical direct sales teams. This position reports directly to the VP of Sales and Marketing and requires an individual with a proven record of qualifying and developing opportunities in software/technology industry.
DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES
- Qualify all inbound leads via telephone. Email may only be sent as the first outreach if a phone number cannot be determined (which is rare).
- Classify and manage all inbound leads per Fischer International Identity's policies and criteria for lead qualification.
- Engage Pre-Sales to orchestrate early technical discussions and demonstrations.
- Engage Partner Management to orchestrate hand-off of qualified leads to Fischer partners.
- Engage Chief Marketing Officer for assistance in planning lead generation and nurturing campaigns.
- Diligently document progress, calls, notes, and all other information concerning leads within CRM system (Salesforce.com).
- Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of Fischer's products, markets, and customers.
EXPERIENCE and REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years outbound TELEPHONE SALES experience with a solution selling or similar drill-down approach (technical product/service preferred).
- Bachelors Degree (preferred).
- Capable of delivering a value proposition to potential customers.
- Ability to call and effectively communicate at all levels of target companies, from manager up to the CEO.
- Ability to solicit and understand information regarding target organization's buying profile: budget, decision makers, market drivers, compelling reason to purchase, IT landscape, and procurement processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, growing environment.
- Responsiveness: quickly follows up with prospects, sales directors, etc
- Quickly develop deep product knowledge of Fischer solution, value propositions
- Strong time management skills and can work independently
- Can understand and communicate both the global picture and the details
