Andrew Sroka
President and CEO

Mr. Sroka oversees global operations for Fischer International Identity, LLC, and other holdings within the Zenerji, LLC portfolio management group, including Fischer International Systems Corporation which continues to produce first-to-market innovations in the security, collaboration, and electronic storage market spaces since it was founded in 1983.

Mr. Sroka has a history of success in structuring organizations to achieve maximum effectiveness from operational, financial, and human capital perspectives. Since joining Fischer International Systems Corporation in 1998, Mr. Sroka has held multiple strategic and operational management positions within the Zenerji portfolio, including MIS Director, Vice President/General Manager, and President/CEO.

Steve Tillery
CTO and Senior Vice President of Engineering

Mr. Tillery joined Fischer International Systems Corporation in 1983 as a developer and architect. During his year tenure, Mr. Tillery has been actively involved in guiding the technological and architectural direction for Fischer International. Mr. Tillery has brought a unique combination of business acumen, market awareness and engineering best practices to every assignment and role he has undertaken. As CTO and Senior Vice President of Engineering, Mr. Tillery's leadership and vision have been instrumental in creating the Fischer International "Customer First" engineering approach. He is responsible for developing strategic initiatives for future products and ensuring that these products are released successfully. He also promotes the company's expertise in the areas of identity management and security by interacting with customers and industry analysts, and by actively representing Fischer International in several industry associations.

Prior to joining Fischer, Mr. Tillery held various engineering and engineering management positions at Booz Allen Hamilton, Midwest Stock Exchange and Mobil.

Dennis McDermott
Vice President, Sales & Marketing

Mr. McDermott joined Fischer International in 2005 as Chief Marketing Officer. As CMO, Mr. McDermott was responsible for branding and building awareness of the Identity as a Service® and Managed Identity Services® markets, in addition to other strategic and operational marketing activities. As Vice President of Sales & Marketing, Mr. McDermott is responsible for establishing global and regional channel partnerships and increasing direct sales of Fischer’s on-premise, SaaS and private cloud identity management solutions. Prior to joining Fischer, Mr. McDermott directed marketing activities for technology companies seeking acquisition, and was President of a marketing communications agency that touted Fortune 500 clients, including Xerox, Symantec, and Northrop.

Addison Fischer
Chairman

Addison M. Fischer founded Fischer International Corporation and serves as its Chairman. Mr. Fischer has been a computer entrepreneur since creating his first high-tech startup company in 1973, and has been involved in seed venture capital investing since the early 1980s.

He was a founder of VeriSign and a long-time board member of RSA Data Security, Inc., a world leader in cryptographic software, until its merger in 1996 with Security Dynamics, Inc. He serves on a number of private companies' board of directors. Mr. Fischer holds more than 100 patents and has made an indelible mark on the enterprise security landscape by creating a history of products and innovations that have been ahead of their time.

Mr. Fischer was a member of the committees that set U.S. standards for computer security and electronic commerce. He has addressed the U.S. Congress by invitation on several topics, including digital signature standards, proposed FBI digital telephony legislation, and global U.S. competitiveness. Mr. Fischer holds numerous U.S. and international patents, and is author of the seminal document security paper Electronic Document Authorization for which he won "The Outstanding Paper of the Year" award at the National Computer Security Conference. He holds Mathematics degrees from West Virginia University.

In addition to his business interests, Mr. Fischer is actively involved in preserving for future generations our environment, our resources, our health, and our freedom. For example, he was a principal founder of the Community School of Naples (FL), and is presently a board member of the Amazon Conservation Team.

Michael S. Battaglia
Board Member

Michael S. Battaglia is the former President and CEO of SmartDisk, a provider of network and multimedia storage products and technologies. Mr. Battaglia also serves on SmartDisk’s Board of Directors. Prior to joining SmartDisk, Mr. Battaglia was President and CEO of Fischer International Corporation from 1995 to 1998.

From 1992 to 1995, Mr. Battaglia was President of Mosler, Inc., a provider of electronic security systems and security equipment. For the 25-year-period prior to his Mosler tenure, Mr. Battaglia held various senior management positions in the computer and information systems industry. Mr. Battaglia also serves on the board of directors of Surety Systems which is privately held.

Brian O'Higgins
Board Member

Mr. O’Higgins is the CTO of Third Brigade, a leader in the emerging IT security field of Host Intrusion Prevention (HIP). Prior to joining Third Brigade, Brian O’Higgins was one of the co-founders of Entrust, a leading Internet security company, and served as its Chief Technology Officer. As security visionary, Mr. O’Higgins is best known in the security community for introducing Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) technology and products.

Mr. O’Higgins has been involved in the telecom and IT industry for over 25 years. He started his career with Bell Northern Research in 1979 after graduating from Carleton University with a degree in Electrical Engineering. In 1993 he moved to Nortel to establish the Secure Networks group, which spun off in 1997 to become Entrust. He also serves on the boards and advisory boards of several industry associations and private companies, and is a recognized speaker on IT and Internet security.
