BILL MALIK JOINS FISCHER INTERNATIONAL AS CORPORATE
ADVISOR
Identity Management Visionary Complements Veteran Management
Team and Board that Includes Addison Fischer, Reneé Bacherman,
Mike Battaglia, and Brian O’Higgins
Naples, FL (May 31, 2005) -- Fischer International,
thought leaders in Identity Management, today announced that
Identity Management luminary William Malik, CISA, has joined
the company as a corporate advisor. With an extensive technology
background in this field, Mr. Malik will provide strategic counsel
to the Fischer International board and senior management team.
Bill Malik has been an information technology visionary for
more than 30 years at leadership enterprises that include Sun
Microsystems and Gartner. When he was Director of Security Marketing
at Sun, Bill helped prospects, customers, and internal teams
address complex information security challenges. During his
11 years at Gartner, he founded and led the Information Security
Strategies service, helping hundreds of organizations establish
stronger and more cost-effective security and privacy. He also
managed Gartner’s Applications Integration and Middleware
services. Bill currently serves as Executive in Residence, College
of Computing, Georgia Institute of Technology.
