IAM Project Manager
Job Description
The IAM Project Manager will be responsible for the successful completion of Identity & Access Management projects for Fischer's customers. The position will focus on both new implementations as well as solution change requests from production solutions. The IAM Project Manager will work closely with the Director of Operations to ensure Fischer's implementation methodology is followed and that projects complete on time and within the allocated budget.

- Resource management & coordination across multiple projects simultaneously
- Confidence to stick to the plan, awareness to notice when the plan is not working
- Open, honest & respectful communication style with internal and external stakeholders
The following skills are strongly desired for this position:
- Experience with Identity & Access Management
- Experience managing projects remotely w/ project members spread across time zones
- Experience managing highly visible, large-scale enterprise projects
- Experience with Agile & SCRUM
- Experience in software development
Responsibility
The IAM Project Manager is responsible for the following:
- Implementation and management of the Fischer implementation methodology
- Create weekly project status reports
- Deliver internal and customer-facing presentations
- Preparing and completing project plans
- Forecasting personnel allocation requirements for projects
- Prepare and manage the master project schedule
- Prepare and deliver statements of work
- Coordinate project workshops, and all on-site visits
- Manage the project management applications utilized by Fischer
- Distribute weekly project status reports to customers and internal stakeholders
- Represent the customer as a stakeholder for any product bugs or enhancements
- Manage stakeholder expectation regarding scope, budget, billing, scheduling
- Identify out-of-scope requirements and present to Fischer management
- Achieve project success by obtaining project acceptance from the customer
